From September 2-4, the pool and pool deck will not be available for use for cleaning, minor repairs and repainting. Alternate facilities will be reviewed upon check-in.
The W Chicago Lakeshore will host a cardio resistance training program for all guests to participate. The work out will be led by local or celebrity guests on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6-7am.

Pets are welcome. Guests with pets will receive a welcome packet and pet-friendly in-room amenities, plus a selection of additional items and services available through the concierge. Because the hotel thoroughly cleans rooms after each pet, a 25 per-night fee is charged, as well as a 100 one-time cleaning fee.
